Whenever Mommy and Daddy take me out at night I always look for the moon. Last night I saw an airplane going straight for the moon and yelled out as loud as I could “Oh no airplane on the moon”. I said it over and over the entire time we were out shopping. This mommy took me to free play at gymnastics and I was looking for the moon, I thought something had happened to it!

After I had my nap mommy decided to teach me about night and day. First we made night. Mommy cut out a moon and I got to draw circles on it. Then we got to draw stars with glue and sprinkle glitter all over them. It was messy and I liked it. Ethan came walking by and fell face first into our glitter and ended up with it all over him.

Next we made day. Mommy cut out a yellow circle and I got to draw daddy in it. I always draw a smiley face for daddy. We glued the sun on the paper and cut some yarn and glued that on for the suns rays. Then we made a big cloud a medium cloud and a little cloud by gluing on some cotton balls. I told mommy I wanted a bird so we made one with feathers and a little orange triangle for the beak.

It was a very quick craft day but still a lot of fun!

We worked on colors today. I know my colors fairly well but mommy likes to test me. Today we made ice cream cones with construction paper and tissue paper. Ethan is good at tearing so he helped me tear the tissue paper while mommy made the ice cream cones. We glued the cones to the paper then we drew circles with glue. I stuck the tissue paper on the glue to make it look like ice cream. Mommy is mean making ice cream that I can’t eat! We talked about colors and mommy showed me how colors can have different shades. Our paper wasn’t big enough so we had to make two more ice cream cones to put all the colors on.

Mommy added a new category for me called Ethan says. I’m a toddler too but I don’t talk near as much as Georgie. No one else could possibly talk as much as Georgie. I have a history of tackling my sister and making her mad. This morning she tackled me and sat on my back. I just laid there and watched TV and let her think she had made some great victory. She tackled me again but this time I fell on my stomach and she laid on me. I fixed her, I bit her ear! I heard mommy tell one of her friends that she was breaking up Tyson and Holyfield. I have no idea what that means but I think Georgie learned her lesson and won’t be tackling me anymore. I have claimed the title of being the bully in this house and am not about to give it up to her.

Ethan helped us make a log cabin today. I helped mommy glue the sticks on the paper and Ethan tore up the tissue paper for the grass. He liked to tear the tissue paper and got really excited. While mommy cut construction paper for the roof, windows and doors I tore up cotton balls to make clouds with. After gluing on the sticks we glued the windows, doors and roof on. Mommy helped me put glue all over the bottom of the paper and then I stuck green tissue paper all over it for grass. I like glue, it gets on my fingers and makes me laugh when the tissue paper sticks to me instead of the page.

Ethan tore up lots of tissue paper so we decided to make a tree. I helped glue pipe cleaners to the page and we made a huge mess doing it. After that had dried enough we glued the rest of tissue paper on the tree to make leaves. After that we added a cloud made out of cotton balls. It still didn’t look done so we added some flowers made out of pipe cleaners and yarn.

Since I’m still little and just learning mommy helps me a lot and shows me where to put things. She guides my hands for a lot of things but for most things like adding the grass she will show me how to do a few and then I’ll do the rest.

Mommy helped me color the numbers 0-9 on paper plates this morning and we played number frisbee. We would throw the plates all around the living room then mommy would tell me what number to bring back. I would go looking for it, find it and bring it back. I keep confusing the six and the nine but mommy said that’s OK because she didn’t do a good job drawing them. I like number frisbee, I get to do two of my favorite things, run and show off how smart I am getting.

I got to make a big snowman! Today Mommy taught me about the color white and we talked about snow and how snowmen are made. Mommy gave me cotton balls and I got to tear them apart, then I got to draw big circles with glue on blue paper. I stuck the cotton balls on the glue and got glue all over my fingers and in my hair. Its OK though, it’ll wash out when I take my bath. Mommy helped me use the scissors and we cut out a big square for a hat and little circles for eyes and buttons. We made him arms, hands and a broom with pipe cleaners and we glued them on. I didn’t want to quit so we added some snow on the bottom and made big snowflakes. Craft time with mommy is my favorite part of the day right next to when daddy comes home from work :-)

Boo went pee pee on me! This is the second time he’s done it. The first time he was a little baby and I got too close when mommy was changing his diaper. Mommy gave Boo and I a bath together today and when mommy stood Boo up to take him out he went pee pee on me! I yelled “Mommy Boo go pee pee” and moved really quick. Mommy laughed at me, of course she’s laughing, she didn’t get pee pee on her. I didn’t realize it at the time but I gave up that I know what pee pee is, she might stop thinking I’m not ready for potty training and start making me use the big potty. Am I too young to learn to think before I speak?

I talk so much these days, I amaze mommy and daddy on a daily basis with what I know and say. Tonight after Mommy got me ready for bed Daddy was trying to trick me into saying I wanted Mommy to take me upstairs to bed. I surprised them both by walking to the stairs and saying “come on daddy, go night night now”. Its no wonder they think I’m such a good girl when I always go to bed without a fuss.

I had so much fun today, I made a balloon with Mommy, played on the Wii fit, played with Boo and was Mommy’s little helper in the kitchen. Best of all I got to watch Dora!

Today Ethan went down for a nap early and Mommy got the box of fun messy stuff out! The box has all sorts of fun stuff to play with, feathers, ribbon, paper plates, popsicle sticks, tissue paper, glue and scissors. Mommy said we would could make anything I wanted and I said a balloon. I love balloons! I sing the I Love Balloons song from the Little Einsteins everyday.

Mommy let me color on a paper plate with markers and then I got out the feathers and said please. Mommy and Daddy have a hard time saying no when I say please. We glued feathers on together and mommy showed me how to cut ribbon. Mommy attached the ribbon with a stapler, she said I wasn’t big enough to help do that yet.

When we finished it I ran all over the apartment saying balloon dance over and over and making it dance. I played with it for a long time and Mommy laughed at me.
