Instructions

Step 1
Layout four stacked sheets of tissue paper
The size is your choice, the larger the tissue paper the larger the flower. I used half a standard size sheet of tissue paper for the demonstration

Step 2
Accordion fold the tissue paper in 1″ sections

Step 3
Cut the edges of the tissue paper, rounding off the corners

Step 4
Squeeze the tissue paper in the middle and twist the pipe cleaner around it to make the stem

Step 5
Fan out the edges of the paper

Step 6
Carefully pull up the petals starting with the top layer

Step 7 *not required
Wrap and extra piece of pipe cleaner up them stem to give it extra stability for little hands
